The East African Visa MUST be applied for and paid online via the diplomatic mission of the first of the three countries you intend to visit.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE! 
According to information we have been given, the journey between Rwanda/ Kenya/ Uganda (in any order), may NOT BE BROKEN with a visit to another country in between. If you plan to include other destinations, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Ethiopia, DRC etc, the visa is then deemed to have expired, and a NEW VISA will be required.  If you travel, eg, from Kenya to Tanzania, to Uganda – you cannot apply the Multi-visa, and single entry tourist visas will be required.

IMPORTANT YELLOW FEVER requirements for travel to TANZANIA
A Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for all travellers to Tanzania arriving from Yellow fever endemic countries. This condition also applies to travellers subjected to long flight connection (transit) in such countries (12hrs or more.)
